What's Covered & How Long?

The Extended Warranty increases coverage on structural, electronic, and power system components for Enovate Medical Carts for five (5) – years from the product’s date of receipt. Extended warranty is not available after 90 days of your cart purchase.

 

How We Help You

Like Enovate’s standard warranty, service resolution methods may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Technical support may request customer collaboration and assistance during diagnosis to provide for next business-day service resolution.  Typically, this requires you to identify a primary contact representative (with phone number and e-mail address) within your organization that will work with an Enovate customer service agent to accomplish the following:


Provide the serial ID number and access to the product. Perform basic troubleshooting activities as directed by Enovate’s Technical Support. Resolution methods can include, but are not limited to, any of the following: Verbal/written instructions to correct the problem. Shipping of replacement parts OR a product swap. On-site dispatch of an Enovate authorized service technician.

If needed, Enovate’s design engineers or supplier partners will offer additional resolution assistance to ensure our customer’s satisfaction. Determination for resolving warranty issues will be at Enovate’s sole discretion.

 

What About The Battery?

Enovate offers a separate battery replacement plan for customers desiring assistance with their battery management and effectiveness.

Enovate Service Pledge

Our help desk is located, supported, & staffed by Enovate's Michigan employees at our US headquarters.

  • A reply to all service requests, within 2 hours of their submittal during business hours.
  • On–site Parts / Service Resolution by the next business day as necessary.
  • Enovate Authorized Service Technicians are located at more than 400 locations across the United States.
